I think the way these tickets are being sold is a farce.
There's 4 of us who want to go yet only 2 of us have season tickets. This means that in order for us to be sat together, we need to wait til tomorriw to pick ours up leaving us with probably only the seats left.

I sympathise with your position GTSW but to be honest it's the way that all cup final tickets are sold. It's one of the rewards for putting your hands in your pockets early on and giving the club your money up front.
Remember that we had to pay for one game this season that other non-season ticket holders didn't. Not that I begrudge that. |

I would say another 500 will go today as most season ticket holders would have purchased on the first day. That leaves 800 up for grabs on Thursday, get there early to avoid disappoitment. Anyone struggling to get a ticket due to not living in widnes give me a buzz as I can pick some tickets up tomorrow as I'm on a half day.

But if your allocation doesn't allow for two tickets per season ticket then it's a PR disaster - ask the 3,000 Bolton season ticket holders who missed out on Carling Cup Final tickets in 2004 (2 per season ticket for 19,000 season ticket holders with a 31,000 allocation - do the maths) |

| All this boils down to the RFL putting aside around 4,000 tickets for the other 18 clubs entering the NRC 9 , s
As they are guaranteeing that if you purchase a ticket to the 9 , s you can upgrade for the final
Leaving only 2,800 each for the 2 NRC finalists
If they are going to do this they need to play the final at a bigger venue
Looks like they havent thought this through
Odds on there will only be 5/6,000 at the match  |

I have exactly the same problem mate
im going with my dad and he doesn't have a seaon ticket so i have to wait till tomorrow as well with hope that there is some decnt seats remaining
