He was basically the wrong person to be answering the questions. But I guess this gives an indication as to the contempt the Allams have for Hull FC.



The only bit of information which was useful was that in the past neither tenent has paid for the displaying of memorabilia and its something the SMC has only recently brought in.



Now, I am not an experct on contract law, however I am aware that there are such things as implied terms of a contract which would formal agreement to change then. In this case it would be the tenents agreeing to pay for something which in the past they didnt have to.



He was never going to have a pop at the Allams, after all he is employed by them. He was the wrong man to be interviewed.

Thats what stuck me too, he said there was nothing in the tenancy agreement about free memorabilia, thats means theres nothing in there about charging for it too.
