What a good forward thinking plan by the coaching staff,we have been let down by a lack of half backs for years.Thank God for the Pearson/Gentle way of doing things.

I have not been an Agar bashed, as I do think his hands were tied by the old regime, but I firmly believe he would nit have had the foresight to instigate this overhaul of the set up.



I personally think this is a more important aspect than any of the signings so far.

it's this sort of effort and forward progressive thinking that's going to attract the talented youngsters we want, and give the ones we already have a good boost

No, both he and Horne have been excluded for not listening in class. Their mams are coming for them after school.

No he was conditioning and diet.

Reading the piece in the paper it sounds as though Gentle possibly sees this job as a very long term one and will not feel it is complete until he see's the young players reach a standard to make the senior team.



The guy hasn't just come here to coach the first team but build a club and leave a legacy. After being a little underwhelmed with some of signings he made during last season and those signings doing a solid and professional job for me proved the guy knows his stuff.
