This guy has been our best play ever whenever he has played last few years, amazing ability to read the game etc. seems most of threads have him as back up or cover - seems mad to me!

every pre season people say "I don't see where Whiting will fit in" then he plays 20+ games.



I think we'll have better squad rotation next season so can see him as a bench backrower

Rich has always had the knack of getting in the team when fit although he starts preseason at a disadvantage as he has had an op.

A lot of people on here have no clue about rugby, so I wouldn;t worry if I were you. After last season, methinks Gentle knows Whitings value, and that will do for me.

I'd deffo have Whiting on the bench to rotate the back rowers and for utility value. Westerman v Galea for the other starting spot. Prefer Westy playing wider, mind.
