| British Nathan Blacklock (Score as many as he will concede) for me defensively took a few wrong options today but elusive in attack and constantly looks dangerous with ball in hand also will look for putting away his winger.
Wish the guy could get a genuine run at centre in our team, if Agar is worth his salt then he will get this guy to one side and get the best out of him.

| Apart from him jumping the line too early to allow Welham to score, I don't think he had too bad a game to be honest,

If only Rich Whiting had a bit more speed.
If only Craig could defend one on one consistently. So good with ball in hand.

| Would like to see him playing on the left and Yeaman on the right as left centres tend to get more ball and right centres get asked to do more defending. Plus Hall/Briscoe on the left and Yeaman/Calderwood on the right seems a stronger combination.

| He was partly at fault for their second try but was as usual one of our best attacking threats and has pace to burn.
Unlike Yeaman he also passes to his winger (when playing in his best position at centre).
He is never going to be a great defender but will hopefully create and score more points than he will concede.

Only reservation i have with that is the fact that they are both young and inexperienced to a degree and sides would just target them.

Have to say he was more or less totally at fault for the try as there was no overlap everyone should have had their man covered. I will him to defend better would love to see him as the complete player.

also with long on that side who actually defended really well it would look really weak down that side and teams would target that side

i know people slate yeaman for not passing but alot of fans tend to ball watch and not look at the sliding defence! im not saying he is always right for not passing but i bet its 50/50 on the passes he keeps hold of

That's a good point and one area the coaches could look at . I'm sure it wouldn't be the first time Yeaman has swapped centres?

Wouldn't be the strongest of sides would it plus no real height to it either. would be a pretty decent asttacking side but defensively weak if going on current form imo

If only there were a way to graft whiting's head and upper body onto hall's legs
