He was but its common knowledge from giants fans we signed Gaskell, Clough and Ferguson for 2017 but was Andersons signings and Stone doesn't want them. We are yet to announce any of them. But rumour is he has got his wish and Giants have offloaded them.

Cant really see that one happening.



Although it is said that we are looking for another back rower, we have also said we are also looking to improve on the quality.

Don't know much about 2016 but 2015 he was one of the Bulls top performers.

Ferguson had a spell on loan at Hull KR if memory serves me correctly so Chester should be familiar with working with him.



I really liked Ferguson when he was with us but since he left he's never impressed me as much when I saw him play. Maybe I didn't see enough of him?

Ferguson is a decent player in his own right and would be handy to have in the squad but is he better than what we already have? Not so sure he is to be honest so would go against what Chester said about going for extra quality rather than quantity so it would be a surprise if we went down that route.

Liked him when he was here and always looked a strong and dangerous runner when he's played against Trinity. I'd be happy with his capture if we weren't so over stocked with back rowers.

I like him - always have; solid, no nonsense and a good work-rate. If he is coming, maybe someone else is going?
