Why don't they just get an authentic Twitter account?

Sounds like we are now going to be able to get all the up to date infomation which goes on the website on an app. At least its a start from the club, maybe it will lead to better communications from the club to us the fans in the future.

I detected a sarcastic tone to the thread title, however, if the club are to move forward then they need to make use of things like this. Although small in the grand scheme of things, it’s a progressive move in marketing terms and it is a great way to keep people up to date with news and offers. I don’t have a facebook or twitter account so something like this would be ideal for me.

I wasn't aware there was a demand for silence as a iphone app. Missed a trick there...

Some techy type would know how to sort an RSS feed or somesuch to update an official Wildcats Twitter. Luke George's 'behind the scenes' stuff hasn't been very good.

Didn’t know until I read the article about the App. There’s a facebook page too.

Goodness! All those media releases straight to my iPhone, how will I cope with all that information overload!!

Rather churlish to be sarcastic about this; it may be a small thing, but it's a move in the right direction in terms of communication.
