Message from Mick O'Neill



[iSadly, Mick will not be attending and performing the MC duty at Cougars tomorrow as advertised. Mick does not want to dissapoint any fans who are expecting him to be there and sends his apologies in advance. Mick has other commitments which he has been unable to reschedule.[/i

Thats a real shame. I understand why he isnt coming down.

Think i may go for a walk in the dales tomorrow, seeing as i wont be able to hear Mick.

If you do go for a walk in te Dales Jim come and have a pint with me.

Whilst it would have been great for Mick to attend, despite his absence, shouldn't a 'moderator' be encouraging supporters to attend the match instead of saying that he's going for a walk?

I take it you have now moved into the pub?

We are going to do Bucken Pike tomorrow. If we go through Hawes we will call in.

Please point out, where i am/or have ever, tried to make people not go to a game?



I like anyone else. Have the choice to decide, where i spend my hard earned money and my time.

This week i have decided to spend time with my family.



If Mick had been doing his thing i would have gone down. Just like other times when the Cougars have come first.

Now the club has to prove to me that i should put them first.



Time will tell if that can be the case.

Yes whilst others work hard to build up the crowds and be positive the pioneer of moaning shares his plans for the weekend. Keep us all updated with your plans for each weekend and you might be able to persuade a few other fans to join you.









When the Club has friends like you it doesn't need enemies.

Didnt make it that far into the Dales. So no boozing on this trip.



Will be going up for a weekend soon so will pass on your message.
