I am currently thinking of booking a holiday to salou for my and my girlfriend. When we fly we will both be 16 year old. 2 questions



1) Will they be bothered about us been 16 (We are going with 2 19 year olds but booked seperatly)

2) I am booking it on my mum's card because i havent got a credit card as yet. But my mum has a diffrent surname to me. Will they allow me to do this?

Re question 1. It is probably best if you try and look older. When you approach security, maybe wear a false beard and put on a different accent - a middle eastern one works well. This will arouse no suspicion and the customs officials will infact probably wish you a happy holiday!



2 Does your mum know you've used her credit card? The bills only come once a month so if you've only used it recently she probably won't have found out yet. However, not all travel agents let you get foreign currency using a credit card - make sure you check before you try and use it again. Is your surname Bueller?

I would also consider the dates you want to travel. You really should go during the school term as prices increase during the holidays. You will find the savings made by doing this far outweigh the detrimental effects caused by the disruption of your education.

with regards to point 2 and the different names, you arn't allowed to enter a foreign country if your sirname is different to your mums, you will have to apply for a change of name deed ASAP!!
