see the Storm are not extending the contract of Finch ....... and it's being suggested that he might be looking for a deal in Superleague.



His 'salary' might be to 'rich' for us.......but would he perhaps be worth it, he has been a good short term signing for his current club but has a bit of a name for being difficult!!

Has a bit of a 'name' forbeing difficult but equally has a real passion for the game. He joined Storm after fall out with coach even th he was in his second year of a Aus$1millon 4 year deal at Eels. The Storm are not renewing as they will have 'cap' problems and anyway two good juniors ready for '10



Unlikley any NRL club will sign him because most have 'cap' problems and their loads of good & cheaper players in his position.



His agent is now looking to SuperLeague or maybe RU in France but would suggest he is worth looking at around £100K or so. Should be good all being well for at least two or three seasons.

No thanks, we have Luke Dorn.

Storm seem pretty happy with him at the minute,but no,wouldnt want him at Quins,decent enough,but hes been going backwards last 2-3 seasons.

Good to see Dave that you have finally accepted that Dorn is a good player and we dont need someone to take his place.

Finchy would be a great fit for the Quins. He is still young and has had heaps of experience in playing NRL and Rep matches.

Great buy if you could get him.....

I'd have him, play him at 7, more Orr to 6. As for Dorn, I'm not sure what we'd do with him, but sacrificing a strike player in the halves for a real top notch halve seems like a worthwhile move.

Is Dorn holding the team back?

He's nowhere near as good as Hill, but Orr has played much better with Dorn than he ever did with Hill. And Dorn does score a lot of tries.

What would he add? Now if Orr's neck problem is really serious then Dorn to 7 and Finch at 6 may be worth a look, but depens on cost.

Is he being played in a similar role to Hill? Are we comparing apples against apples or just numbers?
