My band is playing a benefit gig for him at the Daten Club, Culcheth, on Saturday the 15th of August (7:30 kick off). We're having a charity auction during the evening, too, and Warrington Wolves (amongst others) have kindly donated some signed merchandise.



Tickets are £3 each, kids go free. It would be great if some of you Wire fans could support the event. PM me if you want tickets, or take a gamble and turn up on the night (might be already full though!

alt.rock type stuff. We mainly play our own stuff but will chuck in a couple of covers on this gig as its going to be a fairly mixed crowd.

Ben goes my school, not seen him for ages, do you know if he is ok???

He has good days and he has bad days. His mum and dad have explained the situation really well on the web site I signposted above. The brilliant thing is that Ben is so positive and so optimistic that his spirit is never down. He is an inspiration to us all.

Bless him. I'll go to this on the night and hope I can get in.

Did indeed 1983-88. We've met before anyway and bumped into each other countless times over the years at games.
