After the initial anger has died down from Fridays "performance", and the realisation sets in that Mcrae isnt going anywhere no matter what we want, say or do, got me thinking about what WE can do if anything to improve the team. Or, if not the team at least the next 12 friday nights down at the willows or on the road.



Wilky must know after Friday we all want Mcrae out, so I dont see much point in continuing booing him. Any negative reaction towards him will affect the team too, which helps no one.

Being at the game when everyones so p!ssed off, shouting against players and booing the coach is no fun for anyone, but the first 10-15 mins and before the game friday I thought the shed was great, almost like the old days. No matter what score the game finishes, if the atmosphere is like that for the full 80 I would at least think I'd had a decent night, even if we had taken a wolloping. Who knows, might even inspire a few guys in the pitch n show them we are worth making the effort for, even if their coach isnt.



Just a thought!! As am not sure my mrs will be able to handle me being as peeved as i was friday nite!!

I still feel like cr*p even 5 days on, this is the effect the team and coach has and they don't realise it. Its just a job/game to them, well to me it isn't, far from it. Infact its my life!!



I'll be there on Sunday lending my support as usual, but not expecting much again as usual!!

However... I did enjoy singing songs about some past Salford heroes. It made me forget how bad we were on the pitch. I think it's something we should do all season with it being the last... give some of the greats another airing before we can stand in the shed no more.

I bet Eric Prescott is still pi**ed off, he must have been really embarrassed by the performance of the once great club he played for.

On the contrary, Eric enjoyed himself, nice to be back in the old place.

Was asked by some fans why he hadnt walked across the pitch towards the shed after he was presented with his commemerative shirt, but he is a very quiet retiring sort of guy & it was his choice not to do it which the club respected.



There is plans for other past players at every home game, the club will ask those players to go across to the shed, but it is up to the individual.

Fuming/dam right livid come sunday me thinks!!!

I wasn't a top 8 believer but I'm still very down after 10 days since the Crusaders game. I can handle losing (I'm used to it watching Salford) it's the manner in which we are losing and the obvious lack of progress since last year that really hurts and angers me.

5 days on and still no better. Thought SM would have walked or been sacked and angry and frustrated that this hasn't happened. I too will be at Wakey, but I fear the worst.
