Giants - realistically will get in
FC - same for fc
KR
Bulls
Wakey
Reds

My heart says bulls but my head says kr

Bulls- Hudd A, Hull H, Catalan A
KR- Wakey H Wigan A, London A
Bradford can win all them games with the way they have been going Catalan away is a tough ask
KR Wigan away is a loss other 2 are turn up and win

| Wakefield play Saints, Widnes, Hull KR and Salford. Even if we loose against Saints, we can still get 3 wins so why not! Will be tough, but we can dream!

| When Melbourne broke the cap rules in Oz (paying lots of money, for players they COULD afford and NOT leaving local businesses in the mire, by not paying their bills), the punishment from the NRL was swift and harsh - stripped of titles and unable to earn competition points.
When Bradford pay lots of money on players they can't afford, go into administration, leaving many companies (and their employees), in considerable difficulties, what do we do?
The RFL pay for them to keep the squad of players they can't afford and we rejoice in the miracle that they might make the 8, in the face of all that adversity (that's the adversity they have created themselves).
It's perverse!

Slightly different circumstances in that Melbourne dleiberately spent over the cap. Thats actually called cheating. Bradford had appaling management. But don't let facts get in the way, of your rant.

| Typical one-eyed Bulls response, not wanting to actually read what I put!
It's perverse that a club that CAN afford such players, is heavily (and rightly), penalised, whilst we bend over backwards to help a club who have paid players they CAN'T afford.
It's even more perverse that we then actually PAY their wage bill for them, to allow them to keep those players!

What a load of crap. Unbelievable. The inquest hasn't even started into what the fook has gone on at flagship license holding Super League club Bradford. To brush it off as simply "appalling management" is laughable. I'd start with that £200k wage bill for a starters . . . .

| By the way - I hope Bradford do make the top 8 and progress thereafter to the GF - it will show the lunacy and the inequity of a feeble six point deduction for basically dragging the game through the crapper for the last three months. The people running this game need to grow a set of balls.

I'm guessing that by 'grow a set of balls' you mean 'penalise Bradford beyond the limits allowed by the Operational Rules'.
Yeah - that ought to improve the reputation of RL beyond all measure.

It really isn't. One is a direct punishment for a clear and deliberate breach of regulations, the other is a consequence of bad management. The two rarely have similar penalties in [iany[/i sport.
Plus we don't even know the final outcome of the situation the Bulls currently reside in. It's still entirely possible that the club will either end up in the Championship or cease to exist at all. Would either of those outcomes sate your desire for blood?

Oh, by the way, it's not that different - Bulls deliberately spent money they knew they didn't have. At least Storm actually had the money - morally, which is worse?
I suggest what Bulls did is also cheating (including cheating HMRC out of money owed).
To then pay the wage bill for you...!!!! Crazy!
You haven't even started to be punished!

No, I mean have a more sterner penalty. Six points is a joke. Enough is made of the levels of financial professionalism that are needed in the criteria - so heavy penalties should ensue following such financial meltdowns as the one Bradford have just played out.
