No. Don't want either of them. Sorry. Mitch is far too raw still, hasn't made any progress under RS, makes too many errors and gives away penalties. He needs to be in a squad that can carry/develop him. We can't have any passengers. More to the point, are there any HKR players we want or could afford?

But that last 5minutes was mad. I swear I saw Webster have reflux before he grabbed for some water. That was RL. Intensified & concentrated. Poor Peacock. He's swapped his last game being winning the treble, into his last game being relegated....

Clark's had a few sloppy games but has still been one of our better performers this season. We've banged all season that the reason we are where we are is attitude. Clark's attitude is spot on! We'd be mad to let him go. The position we're in, we're not going to be players first choice to sign with.



I'd be devastated if we keep Addy though.

I would love to know how much KR are currently spending on that squad. They'll get around £800k funding next year, so with that plus income from season tickets/sponsorship etc. it will be interesting to see how many they can retain.

That pretty much was the case because of the different caps, but I'm far from sure it still applies. Unlike previous years, the relegated club is allowed to spend the same amount in either division, assuming they can afford it, so it much depends on their projected income for next year. They have a wealthy backer, so their biggest unknown [I assume it actually is an unknown? is how much he wants to put in next season.

Well a rumour I have heard, and for which I have no actual evidence whatsoever, is that Hudgell was considering walking if KR went down. So yes, there is potentially a great deal of uncertainty about exactly what will happen at the dobbins next season.
