We NEED another prop!



If Mick Potter is insistant on playing TP at 13 we need a big angry 60 minute prop to work along side Jammer. Maurie imo isn't good enough, granted he's had a few good weeks but he isn't progressing enough.

Cloughy is doing a great job but isn't a prop, i fear he'll burn out before the season is done, JC isn't close to fitness.



We're going to come up short again if we're not careful!

Added to that Maurie has allegedly broken his arm!!

I've banging on about putting tony p prop for months.



He is big and makes big yards and also it gives graham help.

I completely agree, but is there anyone available? I'd definitely be looking for next season, but I can't see us bringing anyone in short term. We're short of big men now Maurie's gone.

Good props are in short supply over here as well as in OZ

When is the deadline for signing this season? They don't necessary have to be a world beater, just someone who can come in and do a job for the rest of the season with the option of them playing well getting another 12 months. I'm sure Mike Rush being the talent spotting supremo he is will have had his eye open for some time now....

Is Youth the answer?

I can't imagine there's anyone available that's good enough with that status i.e. expiring contract. Any prop who is good enough and availalbe will probably require a contract that goes beyond the end of this season. In addition there's the salary cap. We'll probably have to play a youngster.

I agree. We won't get top class prop but someone to take work load of graham.



I think the deadline is 16th July I think I read.



We should have taken korkidas on loan until the end of season.
