I watched the Leeds v saints game on Monday unfortunately it was spoiled by some moron banging sh"te out of a big bass drum, how fans standing within 100yards put up with this is behond me, do us all a favour slash the offending drum.

It's also why I moved to Lincoln 15 years ago.



Not quite east coast USA but might as well be at 8 o'clock on most Friday nights.

I would much rather be stood near the drum than sat knitting or eating cress sarnies in the North Stand . You get funny looks if you do so much as clap in NS . NS needs a drum to wake up the pensioners .

It has been mentioned in higher places than this board that the atmosphere at HQ can be intimidating because of the noise . That drum is partially responsible for creating that noise .

Will it get approval if Ronnie plays it ?

Relocating there had less to do with the drum and more to do with the number of airfields in that area methinks .

i can put up with it providing i'm not too close, once stood a couple of steps in front of it several years ago........never again, felt like i'd just played a full 80 mins.

Who's idea was it to invite this band to the games?!



I can honestly say I've never met anyone who likes it. I actually find them an embarrassment to the club!

Somebody has to tell the seals in the South Stand when to clap their flippers. As for it creating an "intimidating" atmosphere, PMSL. I can only imagine what people who believe that made of The Boulevard and Wilderspool.

Nowt wrong with it. If you dont like it dont stand next to it. It all adds to the atmosphere of the SS during a game.

Some of the nights we've had in the SS atmosphere wise has been unbelievable and I would say it is down to the band.

When people stop singing they carry on and try and keep the atmosphere going which also lifts the players.



I'll never forget "that" semi-final against Saints at Huddersfield - The atmosphere that day was the best I've seen in years.



People always moan about the band saying they aren’t welcome etc but it’s these same people who are constantly singing along with them?!
