Not from what I saw....................more the pie and peas brigade, bloke just up from me used to drop them all over himself then proceed to fart all game!!

I Personally dis like the drum i used to stand in the south stand a did for over 10 years , i now stand at the back of the posts or the top corner edges



the drum was the main reason for me moving out of the south stand - no doubt the few sheep that stand around it enjoy it , and sing and clap when promped to so but to me its anti social noise

I stand about 15/20 steps away from the band but I join in with the singing....naughty me!



So say for instance when the team comes out at the start of the game and they do the usual chant you don't sing "Rhinos"

Because if you do your comment is a little hypocritical.

I've had enough of the band to...but it's not as bad as that awful "win when it matters" and "we'll win it from eiiiiiiggggttthhhh" chants

Fans of all other clubs I know take the mick about the band and say they drown out any chance of an atmosphere!



Case in point, the same old tunes....what purpose does the Wallace and Gromit theme tune have to a rugby match?! Or after each try..."there's only one <insert name here>, one <insert name here>"?!

I can really see how a band can bring embarrasment to a RL game!!

They're no more embarrasing than the p1shed up chavs ,senile old gits who are either bitching because they cant stand in the same spot they think they own or telling anyone around them a player should be sold because he's just missed a tackle or dropped the ball then we have the mouth-piece who just slags Bailey off every game and i still can't see the pr!ck but you can hear him.

Then of course you do us all proud don't you WCR?

So you need fans of other clubs to tell you something about the team you "supposedly" support?



Ill tell you as a Leeds Rhinos fan, it [uDOESN'T[/u drown out any chance of an atmosphere, it definately adds to it.

My main (If not only) memory from that game however wasnt the noise the South Stand was making. It was of Paul Sterling getting the ball in the RH corner of the pitch at the West Terrace and near enough beating the entire Adelaide team on the way to scoring at the other end.

Meh. We only sing when were winning, or losing heavily anyway. Chill the F out people.
