On a sore point, Lots of SL clubs get income from coporate, hospiltality, bars, food etc and also have the luxury of owning their own ground. If we got to SL say 5 years down the line do you think plans would ever take shape for us to take a share of these profits etc? Also do you think a Eagles stadium would ever take shape? Perhaps with joint ownership with one of the uni's for football, union, league use? I'm talking long time in the future here though..

Neither of whom have played in our Junior ranks.

Where did Mitch come from then? He deffinately played for our reserve grade and was a product of our club.

He was a product of Hoyland Vikings. He played in our reserve grade. That does not mean weve put in all the hard work with him as a junior does it? Think of it as being a finishing school.

But no club in the country does that, unless you include the scholarship schemes whereby they continue to play for their amateur clubs anyway?
