If that is the case then mason cannot play for you again this season. If toulon do sign him for next season then i would imagine his contract would only start at the beginning of ther preseason, which could mean that you will be paying his salary to sit in the stands for quite a while

So if rovers DID want to re-register mason the rfl would look into it due to mason's tongan passport situation being out of rovers control.

Which bit is rubbish? Mason is under contract at Rovers still, so you're paying him to do nothing. Dobson is now on a new contract, at more money, so you need to be rid of Mason as quickly as possible.

The RFL were prepared to register both Mason and Dobson to play tomorrow. That much is clear.

O.K. ,I am speaking as a fan here.I truly feel sorry for you fans if indeed this is the case.Mason came in on a fanfare of trumpets,and was indeed a great capture for your club.Then to be let down like this must be gutting.I felt bad enough over the Crocker fiasco.Once again it is the fans who lose out.

I would be surprised if you got much of a fee. He doesn't want to be at Hull KR he can't play at the moment and Rovers have said they will not look to re-register him. Best thing they could do is get shut fast or have a lot of money pi$$ing away in the stand.

Not trolling but a serious question. My understanding is that to change the 19 man squad one of the existing 19 players needs to be injured - who exactly is injured here
