I bet if they read your comments it will fill them with confidence, I would sooner trust to the club to identify the players to keep or release. If they make nothing more than average super league players then that is the fault of our coaching team. Take a look at the giants they have done well by having a large squad of young lads with little experiance & a few top players & they have come on to such a point that they are still in with a small chance of the title. I would be happy to follow that at this club the last thing we need is a quick fix & a small squad of high paid players as any injury gives us no room for manouver.

Hate to disappoint you but this is an rl forum I'm not going to hold back my opinion just because it might up set a player I don't come on here to pretend these two signings are taking us a step closer to old trafford. And why would it be the fault of our coaching staff if they go on to be average players? They both have very little natural ability but are very hard workers players

Your opinion is just as valid as mine, but the coaching staff must see something in them to make a contract worth the effort. If they do prove not to be up to it then it is certainly the coaching staff at fault as that is what they are paid to do ( identify talent & coach them up to the required standard) & they have to do it inside a tightly controled budget, they have to make the sum of the whole greater than the sum of the parts, something that the Giants have achived & what we should be following. That is my opinion, It is also my opinion that if I cant say anything constructive about a player I say nothing unless I could do better (so I always say nowt).

If Sam Latus is now one of the 1st choice wingers for KR with this new deal having let an international winger go, we might as well bring his brother Jack back from Hunslet as the next 1st choice full back, as he will be cheap too!
