Swinton are an odd side, take nothing for granted.
Although their desperation ought to lead to their demise.

So you beat us fair and square in the rail cup....remember in the league we are one up. On current form it should be a good game with Dons having picked up a few good wins and us having taken 7 pts..yes 7 from our last three games...we must have been desperate in those matches as well.!!

I think you've missed his point but in the process backed it up. I don't think it was meant as a dig rather that, when you have had to you have pulled some very good results out so should not be taken lightly.
For example, where would you be without the 7 points in the last 3 games? 4 points adrift! But when you needed to get results (ie you were desperate) you got them

| BIG Match Preview
Doncaster Rugby League Club will play the first of three home games within the space of a fortnight this Sunday when Swinton Lions travel to the Keepmoat Stadium in round 24 of the Kingstone Press Championship (3:00pm kick-off).
Both teams have been in good form of late and the Dons are currently enjoying a five game unbeaten run. Swinton have picked up a couple of wins recently including the prize scalp of Featherstone Rovers and have climbed a few places in the Championship league table.
Dons' head coach Tony Miller is hopeful to have the same seventeen on duty as last week when his team came from 28-6 down to record a remarkable 28 all draw at Halifax after Paul Cooke went over in the final play of the game.
Dual registered Liam Kay and Kyle Trout have kept their places in the Wakefield squad and Danny Cowling is the sole representative from the Wildcats. Grant Edwards still has a bad back and will miss out again.
Miller said: "Every time we had the ball we looked dangerous against Halifax last week. We've built our team on spirit and commitment.
"The game was dead and buried when they went 28-6 up but the lads showed tremendous character and a never say die attitude to gain us two priceless points.
"Swinton have been playing well and have pulled themselves clear of the relegation places thanks to a couple of recent wins.
"It should be a good contest with both teams needing the points for different reasons."
Lions coach Gary Chambers could name an unchanged side as he looks to build on the momentum gained from two wins and a bonus point in Swinton's last three games.
Chambers said: "We're in a bit of a purple patch now and we're enjoying it. There's no pressure on. We'll just keep going.
"I don't know how many points you'll need to stay up this year, but what I do know is that we're in charge of our own destiny, which we probably weren't two or three weeks ago. We can't worry about anyone else."
On Doncaster, he added: "They're playing well. I've watched them a couple of times this year and I've a lot of time for them.
"They've got good players across the field and they're a tough team to beat."
Don't forget we've got a cracking one day sale for our 2014 season tickets at the game.
Prices for adults and concessions have been frozen and cost just £120 for 13 Championship games - a saving of £75 for adults and a £36 saving for concessions based on the club's current match day prices.
Children aged between five and 16 will also have their season tickets frozen at just £15 and existing Dons4Life members will pay just £100 for theirs.
Fans can buy their 2014 season tickets before kick-off, at half-time or after the game and will need to take their completed application forms and payment to box eight or nine. Click [url=http://fluidab3.miniserver.com/~global/_cmsDocs/doncaste/2014%20Season%20Ticket%20Form.dochere[/url to download a form.
Lastly, don't forget to pick up a match day programme where we reveal the two players that have re-signed for the 2014 season.
