Was there an easier away fixture this season on paper based on this weeks factors ?

As if it wasnt bad enough already we have gone behind Rovers in the table. Oh the shame of it all.



I'm not going to get too worried yet. Its an awfully long season and I am confident that when Houghton and Kelly are back firing and the weather improves we will see a big upturn, but we have to start picking up some results soon otherwise there is just going to be too much to do. Next week is one of those games where I couldnt care less how we play, we just need a win.

Absolute disgraceful result and that is probably the top four gone already IMO. Really cant see us losing only 5/6 games over the next 24 games.



Thought we had a poor pre season and the trip to Aus has being disruptive IMO.



1 Try from a kick against a really bad salford side says it all. Thought we would have learned from last season about starting slow, wont get away with it again.

Sneyds kicking has gone to pot and needs to improve and Minichello looks to me that he is playing with an injury.

A lot of work to do on attack in the opposition 20.We rely too much on a kick to the corner

No shame at all, Sheens said they’re targeting Top 4 internally.

We just don't score enough tries. Other than the 6 we scored against a poor huddersfield we've clocked up 2, 3, 2, 3, 1 in the 5 games since. If it's not a piece of individual skill or a kick, we have very little to offer in the opposition 20. Desperate for a new attacking coach.

Cant argue with too much of that apart from your top 4 calculations. In the last two season 16 wins would have got you a top 4 spot. Lets air on the side of caution and say we are going to need 17 this time. That means we need to win 15/24. Still very achieveable. Win the next 3 and that becomes 12/21. Which suddenly seems alot more straight forward.



As I said earlier, no reason to panic yet, but we need to start putting some results together very soon.

I doubt the players had any say in Watts moving on

Seems to be purely a Radford decision backed by Adam Pearson.

Trouble is £100,000 sounds a lot but we cant replace the quality of Watts for that money
