We have to remember that Holdsworth is just establishing himself in the team. He has had a spell out that has put him behind where he would want to be. Add the extra pressure of goal kicking to win the game at a magic derby and you can perhaps forgive him at the moment. That said, if he is to retain the kicking duties, you would expect his form to improve with game time and confidence. His kicking from the hand is top banana though!

A more interesting suggestion, and one that would gain Hull FC widespread respect throughout the sporting world, would be to offer a replay at the KC with all gate receipts going to charity.
