I agree, and with your earlier post. I'm still not sure whether we have a coaching problem, or an inherent problem with the club that seems to engender attitude problems and inability to deal with pressure in the players, or both. I think we'll either see Gentle leave or a few more player changes. There's still several in the squad who we need to replace IMO. |

Well he said about a mobile pack, think the smaller bit has been words put into his mouth. But even if he did, at least it would appear he's learnt that that is not going to work in SL. I'd at least give credit for that, better to acknowledge mistakes and correct them than to either be unaware or too stubborn to change. |

There was nothing nostalgic about Agar's reign. This season has proved that Gentle's attacking structure is far too conservative. The way we tried to play attacking wise in the second half was actually good to watch, even though the game was well beyond us. As a team Defensively this season we're far far superior to anything Agar could ever do. |

Some of the flak? There isn't a coach in the league allowed to tackle opposition players during a game.
Tickle's been a shadow of his former self all season. Yeaman can bugger off with him if he likes but he'd probably prefer to continue tossing it off on the left side and robbing his money.
Tonight's defensive performance, or more accurately lack of defensive performance, was a matter of pride. The 17 on the field tonight had none.
They are the ones who should be hanging their heads in shame, not the coach or chairman |
