| It's the fifth time i've seen Williams this season and barring flashes against Doncaster (pre-season) i dont think i'm seeing what others do.
We missed Crooks and Lyne today, and to an extent Laurence Pearce, as we gave away a lot of size.

Would you be d playing in a comp like the under 20s?
Massive error not having him and Washy on dual reg with Fev/Batley/Sheff.
It is one of the better things to come from the RFL in recent years and Lynne and Washbrook would be getting some quality game time playing with decent enough players instead of against kids, many of who will not make the grade in SL

He's huge! I have some hope for him but he puffs and pants too much after each drive and becomes lax in the tackle. I don't think he's training anything close to full time yet so he could make some big leaps forward if given the chance.
Agree with the above comments about Lynne; the under 20s serve no benefit to him, he needs to be playing NL1 minimum to develop further.

| Shows waht he can do on the big stage! ' Hull FC winger Reece Lyne was the stand out man for the England side, running in four tries to end the game with a personal tally of 16 points in a man of the match performance to help England secure a winning margin of 28-19'.

| Without Lynne and Crooks, Hull FC were always going to struggle in this game and actually did very well to keep it as tight as they did.
Agree with the comments about Aldous and Bowden who both play with their heart on their sleeve, but does anyone honestly think they are physically equipped to play Super League?
Given the choice, I would personally choose both Jordan Cox and James Green (from Rovers) above them.
Anyone disagree?

Farmer Giles pointed that out to me at the game today. It's further demonstration that he shoul be playing competative rugby on a regular basis; if not in Hull's first team at a lower end SL club (there's not many, I know) or NL club. The under 20s can do no more for him.

| I disagree
Green reminds me of a young David Mills and Cox is from the Clint Newton school of wide running second rows
Aldous lacks size but makes up for it in heart but cannot see him becoming a first team regular, but Bowden looks like he could carry the frame

I'd disagree about Cox, he only gets involved when the ball is close to the opposition try line, spends all of his time hiding out in the centres while the rest of the pack do the graft.
Bowden looks physically strong enough and will increase his size with the passing years, not sure about Aldous though. He's got plenty of heart but he's just to small in stature imo.

Cox impressed me, again. He'll make it through to the first team - he's a real handful. Wasn't impressed with L Sheriffe, but then it was a drab game with few really stamping their authority on the game.
I agree about Aldous, he drives the ball like his life depends upon it every carry but he's too small to impact on SL. The fact Agar gave him time against Oldham suggests he may get chances, though.

Yup, that was me. I was going for a look and smell that would allow me to blend in with the locals. It obviously failed as I was noticed.
