Sadly Agar doesn't have the ability to play him where he should be played full stop

Not defending Agar but how many other sides play a prop at 13 in the first few games of the season, usually quite a few. I'd like to see Fitz bulk up a bit and play prop and leave Joe to play 13.

totally agree even if fitzy was spelled with westy, the first 20 mins or so go with craig for his strong defensive game and carries then when things start to open up a bit and fitzy starts to tire then bring westy on to add something diffrent and freshens things up and more importantly give fitzy a rest

Its a fair comment, but we just don't have the creativity elsewhere to warrant 3 props. Our go forward is not really the issue, we need some brains. To not play Westerman at 13, which is surely where he is meant to play, IMO, is ridiculous.

Well tbh the way Westy played today the bench was the best place for him.

Not disagreeing with your general point about playing a creative 13 at all, but it didn't even feature in the reasons for today's pathetic display.

agree has the potential to be top class but i do hope he isnt on the bench every game coming on for 30-40 mins as that will do nothing for his development

No it didn't, but I would have been happier to see him play there nonetheless. Such is life I suppose.

What club pays big money out for a player and uses him on the bench.......erm!
