Excites. Would far rather he was playing for us than against us. Makes costly errors but believe when & if he calms downs will mature into a natural leader & world class. His unpredicatability generates an air or anticipation that adds to the excitement.

tansey has potentially many years of game time to play FB and his daft errors will reduce with experience

Well, Tansey provided me with another fright night I'm afraid. I appreciate that he can be exciting with the ball in hand, but there really is no excuse for some of the mistakes he comes up with.



Not making touch from a penalty is inexcusable and the amount of times he gets it wrong under the high ball is becoming tiresome.

Whatever he is he's not a fullback , just like Horne's not a halfback ,Turner's not a centre , Briscoe's not a winger and nor was Whiting. He does though give it everything , probably tries too hard at times , and he does keep coming back for more unlike some others who disappear when the going gets tough.
