I have trust in Gentle in spotting talent . Fans need to curb their enthusiasm over a young lad with only a handful of first team games . Hopefully he will be the natural No 7 we have needed for years . For now, lets all give him chance to settle in to his new surroundings.

In time , and without over jealous pressure from us fans I am sure he will come good.

And that's in the NRL, the toughest league in the world, even if it was only for a few games. Once he settles down i think he will be a class act imo of cause.

While holdsworth stays fit our 7 needs to be able to pass a ball, kick now n again, take the line on here n there. Everything else a bonus. Don't think we'll actually ask to much of him early on and he'll hopefully grow into the team and assert himself more as time goes on.

My mate coached him at the Sydney roosters ,said he's a very talented player with a great kicking game and also a good goal kicker.Reckons hell do well over here.

Glad he's now in Hull but not expecting too much of him too soon , Think will see best of him next season.

Think he'll surprise one or two with just how ready he is.



Saying that, I'm glad he's coming in to the team with Holdsworth in it, had it been alongside Horne he'd have been relied on much more for game management.
