He's Leeds captain, every right to go talk to the ref

just to be clear, as a player he is great, but I just think he whines too much, that's all, he is entitled to talk to the referee, not bleat like a little girl that dropped her icecream in the sand and wasn't allowed a donkey ride.

It's a deliberate tactic.



He knows that the ref ain't going to change his decision, what he is doing is breaking the ref's concentration and sowing the seeds of doubt in any future decisions.



As for his abilities, I'm with RG & Robbo: I'd love to have seen him play in B&W over the years

I think he also does it to buy his team time on occasions so they can get a breather or set their defensive line.

A clever but annoying ploy.

He's a fabulous player and I wish we had a player capable of running the game like he does.

I haven't seen criticism of him for his ability, but for being a whiny little to'pot.



Players like him and Tomkins have talent, but they lack humility, they are not good role models in the way they behave.

To be fair he gave hull credit for the win.

I like him as a player and as an individual .

He's the sole reason that Leeds have dominated the grand finals like they have.

Not just Leeds though It's slowly creepng into the game as a whole. The recent CC game against Wigan at Craven Park it was highly evident that Sam Tomkins and Josh Charnley was of the same ilk. Fans in the well lost a lot of the respect that Charnley earned himself playing for Rovers as he was in the linesmans ear for the full 80 minutes. Was really suprised that the linesman didn't tell him to shurrup.



Hopefully the RFL will stamp it out.
