Employing Gentle was a gamble for me as he had no prior experience or record as head coach of a professional team. This team has gone backwards this year which is a fact when looking at results and performances. He seems to offer so many excuses for the results which in itself confirms to me he is unable to coach effectively at this level. His team are not even competitive at SL level let alone challengers. We gambled on this man and it didn't pay off, just like our previous coach. Time to employ someone who can get this top 4 squad to realise their obvious potential. Go for a coach who has a record in SL at this level! It's really not rocket science. My worry is with a massive win next Friday that all the previous game this year and a few terrible performances last year will be forgotten and all will be classed as ok again. Depressing.

I don't think it's gentles fault. He can't stop briscoe, holdsworth, yeamo, ellis etc getting injured. He didn't drop any balls today. He didn't tackle poorly. Give the guy a break.
