Great news just a shame its only a 1 year deal but if he goes back to the NRL then who can blame him. At least now with him signing it gives us a year to look for a replacement at least.

It may have been signed a while but nothing released until we'd spoken to Hame, Phelps and Fitz given that our overseas spots are filled for next year I believe.

Its not what I'd do, but if he's staying it needs to be on a 2 year deal IMO, going into a new season with 4 new starting props would be a recipe for disaster!

Me too. Personally I wouldn't give him a new deal even on current form, but if we have no alternatives then we should give him 2 years.
