absolutely gutted at the appointed referee choice for this game,was hoping we wouldnt see him again this season but it had to happen at some point.



As for the game i expect a win and without disrespecting wakey we should be looking at a comfortable win....hopefully gleesons back and id have whiting on the wing if phelps plays...apart from that pretty much the same as sundays team for me.

Phelps should be back so Whiting probably to the wing.

got to disagree green has played consistantly well for the 20s for the last 2 years and has resulted in him been given an oppitunity to play at champ 1 with donny in which hes scored nearly every time hes played now thats not an indication of how well he was playing for them but by the sounds of things hes going well there. he was the standout of the youngsters in the friendly at pre season and as an player and athlete hes the better of the likes of kent ect i fell

Having watched pretty much all the home 20's games I'd say Kent looks the better all round player, Green is big and strong but still looks a little lost sometimes and sometimes looks abit 'wooden' if you know what I mean!

kent is a fantastic prospect with good skills and should of been given an oppitunity by now but i also think green would be more then capable of competing at 1 st grade a very athletic forward who again should be given an oppitunity

I hate belle vue. Wherever you stand the view is awful and the games always seem dull even when we win. Never much atmosphere either. I hope wakey get a new ground sorted

Staying put, I think, but just tarting the old place up (a certain phrase springs to mind).

I dont mind going to wakey..never had a bad experience there..everyones always friendly,yeah its a crap ground but i like old fashioned rl grounds...me and a friend was talking about crap away days when we was at bradford and the two that stand out are leigh and salford...always look forward to the yorkshire games more foe some reason.

Each to their own. I just never seem to enjoy the games even if we win.



I remember seeing sterling and lewis line up against each other there one night in the early 80's

Wakey is always a good day out despite the rubbish ground and the slightly bolshie natives.

Staying put for next season all being well, still going ahead with new ground at Newmarket. Public Enquiry set for 6th December for 12 days. If/when it's ok'd it's full steam ahead.

Agreed iv never had a bad day out at wakey but never experienced boulchy fans there!



Iv seen us win plenty of times there aswell..maybe why i have good memories i suppose!
