I would go along the line of IF IT WORKS DON'T FIX IT



Keep Horne and Obst at 6 n 7 and Im very critical of Horne as a half back but the partnership is working and they are both getting enormous praise...I'm happy to be proved wrong about Horne. leave him there and if he keeps it up we are the ones benefitting, and I and others won't mind having egg on our faces.



Stick Long on the bench and put him to hooker when we spell Houghton. Tough titties if he don't play 9 or he may not like it. He needs to step up to the mark like Horne and Obst have to get his place back.



Don't break up our best working half back pairing for LONG LONG time (excuse the pun).



HORNE n OBST 80 mins every week at halve.

golden rule of team selection - don't drop players who are in form - obst and horne to stay at 6 and 7 and develop their partnership further



also obst is against his former club and will want to do well.



we'll out muscle them in the forwards and hopefull play some attractive stuff like we did at times against crusaders

This will never happen but one can dream.

I'd have Long on bench for washy otherwise id be happy with rest. Big sam spellong O Meley, Lauaki spelling radders, Manu spelling whoever in back 3, Long to spell Houghton, and leave our halves to play full game there.

Has Long ever player at hooker?

Manu to spell the back 3? FB and wing?! Long isn't on that list, even so why would he ever play at hooker?

all he has to do is get to dummy half, pass from flood or get out of dummy half and pass on move, its not like he has to learn how to strike against the head,

washy hadn't played their but plays there, so for me if Long can't get to dummy half then he would sit in stand and wait for our halves to lose form and he may have LONG ( sorry for pun )

Obst and Horne playing as well as half back partnership has for a very LONG time, so leave it alone while its working and fix another problem.

I would love Agar to bring on Manu, Moa and Lauaki all at the same time after about 25 mins all three would cause meyhem for any team with tiring legs towards the end of a half.

I'd like Agar to make interchanges based on what is happening during the game, not a pre conceived idea of who should come on and when decided at the kitchen table after training on Thursday (as seems to happen sometimes)

I see where your coming from but its an idea if it doesnt work then dont do it again but if it works they could be devestating
