I think the assistant bit is relevant, Sharp, Agar & Gentle clearly know a lot about the game, and must be good at some parts of the coaching or they wouldn't have got where they where in the game...but all 3 seem to lack that ruthless streak and desire to win that separates an assistant coach with a top head coach IMO |

At this moment in time, we need a coach who is proven, in implementing structures ,as we are so badly lacking in the basics of RL. |

The supporters/Gentle have being let down badly by the players, Though I do agree that we seem to lack a game plan.
Holdsworth appears to have not recovered from his head injury.
Miller has being thrown in the deep end without a rudder.
Ellis has not recovered from his injury at Wests and it will only get worse
And we lost Horne when he was playing well
Crookes/Arundel/Galea/Johnson. Poor to average signings and waste of salary cap money.
I'd give Gentle another season,but I'm pretty sure he's gone, shame because Gentle is doing excellent work giving the young players a chance, and young players of real quality in Shaul, Crooks, Lineham.

agree on most of the points, but disagree on Ellis, he is currently out due to getting banged in the ribs...that can't be helped and obviously isn't related to his foot injury at Wests |

We have found our level which is 6th -8th just because we play at the KC and can pull crowds of 11,000+ means very little.
This top 4 nonsense spouted by AP was ridiculous and how we will do this do that, it was marketing.
You only need to look at our trophy cabinet to see how big a club we are. |

Everyone except gentle. I thought peter sharpe was a master at bringing in average players but gentle is running him close. If we add players like Jordan Thompson then we'll be scraping the bottom of the 8 at best next year |
