The lads got a great kicking game but was very raw with ball in hand and not ready for a regular spot in such an important position yet but he's only young and it will hopefully come. As good as his kicking was, his passing at times was woeful.

His kicking was great but like someone said with the ball in hand he tried to force it a bit at times

His kicking certainly gave Gentle something to think about in terms of derby selection. Maybe on the bench.

Think we would have lost that game last night, if it hadn't been for Ellis's kicking.

But Wade HAS to come back in, if fit.

I would use him of the bench next week and spell him with Houghton, because you cannot expect him to keep playing 80 minutes. I thought it showed last night with Diskin and L'Estrange that you need two hookers as they both gave us problems.

Ellis on bench Friday can cover hooker and if Wade pulls up Horne to fullback

Probably the best kicking game we've seen since Porky Pearce and it makes a massive difference. He has to be in the 17 and rotating him with Houghton makes sense.
