Josh Hodgeson is highly thought of at Hull. He has shone at every level he has played to date. I agree that row 2 is probably not his best position. I think probably 6, 9 or 13 wold suit him best. I would very much doubt he will be off loaded fom Hull in the near future.

Some good tries there. Reece Lynne looked very good with pace to burn. G. Horne with a superb hand off

But one thing that did worry me was Radders wearing number 6.

No doubt Josh will be drafted into a 9's jersey. That's what we do at Hull, make everyone a 9!

In this case it wouldnt be a bad thing to do. He played 9 for some time.

He's the right size for a 9. Think he's far to small for the back row unfortunately.

With Berro out for the start of the season he may get his chance to back up Danny Houghton.

For a 16yo Reece Lynne looked very mature and has a bit of size and pace about him.

He looks a very exciting prospect for Hull.

Craig was superb last night but so was Jodie Broughton who was playing for Leeds.

Well, they said that he's out for 6 months. Now with my maths skills (which according to my GCSE results this morning are at A*), that makes it mid-late February when he's back.

The operation will be 5 months minimum out so that will take him upto end of jan and then Berro has to get his fitness levels up, so Hodgson may get the Rovers testimonial game and a couple of super league games too.
