The press have reported that Robinson bummed the opportunity but I think Tansey did enough to fool Robinson into thinking he was going for the support player then at last second made himself as big as possible (much like goalkeeper's do in football) and surged towards the ball carrier cutting down his decision making and execution time.

Given the opportunity, would you have briscoe back in the fold? I personally wouldn't swap Tansey for anyone. Ability, bags of potential and a dressing room character to boot!I think we have big things to come from this kid!

Thought behind Fitzgibbon he was our best player at the weekend, took the ball in well and looks dangerous everytime he has space, and his positional play is Fantastic
If he carrys it on for the full season he might not be far off a International shirt

Biggest plus for me was the way he was constantly on the shoulder of the ball carrier. If our forwards start offloading the ball in the tackle a bit more he will score plenty of trys.
