Agree with this. As usual some people on here got carried away with one performance at the time, be interesting to see how he does at Cas but can't see us ever regretting this decision imo.

Good move for you and if Ellis is being signed at Cas to replace one of Orr or chase then they are heading in the completely wrong direction. Not super league quality in my humble opinion.

IF Ellis can get a bit of form under IM, like he did at Leigh, he could be a very good signing.



All he has to do is get good early ball to Chase and and their laughing.



They, Cas, produce some very good youngsters, hopefully they'll start to hold on to some.

Don't think we'll particularly notice, TBH. Don't think he'll ever be top 6 material, looks like Saints were right.

Think FC have done well to get rid of Ellis and O'Carroll good work by the coaching staff and AP.

why not O'Meley as well, if he's the bad apple it appears he is?

This has been done a while, shame it hasn't worked out for him but personally o feel he isba SL player but not for a team in the top half.

Maybe harder to get a club interested in taking him early whilst he's injured.

Nowhere near SL level IMO but hasn't really had any game time. If a player can't be assed to get fit in order to take his big chance then it tells you plenty about his mentality

If he can't be assed training then Cas is the place to be!!!! We are going very quickly downhill

Knew he wasn't SL standard when I watched him for Leigh after we'd signed him. Too big and slow for a half and not even a clever player. Not sorry to see him leave whatsoever.
