More bothered about an increase in average attendance than performances on the field?



So Friday is deemed a success because more people go. When did we last win a game on a Friday before the Celtic match?

Nah, doubt it, we still have 3 home games to bring that down

Hudds, Quins and Bradford, you could well be right.



Tempted to make the trip for the Huddersfield game, interested to see what an ambitious club with a decent coach play like, I wont be seeing that from FC for a while I think.

Meaning more have been affected by the dross served up.

Have attendances actually gone up this season ???



I would find that a little hard to believe. So our average attendance, come the end of the season, will be higher and, therefore, we will probably still be the second best supported team in SL ??

If by RL friends youmean opposition supporters, you're spot on - away supporters have been down this year - I could be wrong but the stand seems remarkably empty most games. I suppose it just means that there are many more Hull supporters watching the team than in previous years.

Not just opposition supporters, there was a regular crowd of us that met in Charelston pre-game on Sundays, we only ever saw them at rugby, have seen them twice this season, and one of those was the Bradford away game.

Ah - the people who sit near me haven't changed much. There are some new faces but probably fewer empty seats.

I also would prefer a mixture of date's than just Friday fixtures.

So that is why we are e this season, because we're playing our home games on a Friday night! JESUS.............
