Nobody wants him to rant but the fact he says these things over and over means they're not sorted. I just want him to sort it out then he wouldn't have to repeat himself.

To be honest I'd rather he refused to talk to the press until he turns things around. Plenty of other coaches in many sports have done it in the past. I can't imagine seeing his smiley face, with his cheery disposition after yet another abject performance does much to help the situation with the players. He's created a culture where losses are accepted with a shrug of the shoulders and a smile

Probably, if not his ranting at the players isn`t working.

I don't know and neither do you. He certainly seems like the kind of bloke who is friends with everyone.

I heard he's pretty tough on the players, to the extent a few of them have had their confidence shot to bits. If you look at some of them it could be true.
