This is someones pet you are all talking about, the op may have children who are asking about their cat everday and are upset he hasn't come home.



I would put an ad in the Daily Mail, put up missing posters around Greatfield shops and bus shelters etc, phone all the vets in the area in case someone has taken him there and call all the rescue centres. When I worked at a vets we had a lost/found book that we would register animals so vets do keep a record of phone calls.



Good luck in finding your boy. I sympathise having had a pet go missing, I know how you are feeling.

I like them, but I don't think I'd post on an internet forum read by less than 0.0001% of the population in which I'd lost mine if it went missing, and I don't think I'd be getting all self-righteous about people having a bit of fun about the subject neither.



I mean, you the OP put a fooking tie on it, no wonder it cleared off, it's a CAT, it eats, sleeps and s, occasionally it may chase a bird a mouse or another cat, but it's never likely to be in a social situation where it requires a tie!
