Maybe true. Ellis has a good injury record, but this could be a reoccurrence of his foot injury last season.

Before that? As I said, this could be a reoccurrence of that injury, which, as far as I know, is his only major injury whilst in the NRL?



EDIT: Had ankle injury in 2011, but still played 18 games. Hardly injury prone.

Kind of works in line with what I said about age. As he's aged he's missed large chunks of seasons consistently whereas he wouldn't have had these problems as a younger man.

not really no menzies ,peacock,lynch,morley,briers, would lend weight to my theory. all ages get injured, end of.

If you don't think you get injured more with age why do you think players retire in their 30s?

It's a commonly accepted fact that with age comes injuries.
