Not only that, it's a plain attempt at creating ill feeling between FC and Saints. Clearly the poster knows not of the scenes in the Galpharm Stadium car park after the Challenge Cup Semi-final in 2005. Clearly the poster knows not of the mutual bond we have with Steve Prescott.
The "englishwarrior" is a nobody and I will have forgotten him or her by tomorrow. The memories I have from 2005 at Huddersfield, of Paul M too emotional to speak, will be with me forever.

i remember that very well, we was talking to a load of saints lasses at the final that year with their saints shirts and hull flags we did a great renition of old faithful with them, that is the reason i wanted saints to beat wigan in the gf |

I was at the match, towards the Saints end. We had been getting stick all week from the Goons who thought we would all cause mayhem during the minute's silence. Therefore, it was with delicious irony that I heard a pin drop at the Saints end, in fact all the way round the stadium, except for the corner of the North Stand where it met with the East Stand ... which is where all the Wigan speccies were. Wigan fans are strongly denying it was their lot who made the noise. Some Wigan fans have claimed that it was either FC or KR supporters dressed in army uniform, and that accusation has been discussed on RedVee and our RLFans board. We aren't accusing anyone, though, because our little contingent was at the opposite end of the stadium.
