The 8063 is an error by the BBC, the attendance was 11,856 according to the Hull FC, Super League and RFL's websites.



Some will claim there were fewer people there, but that's their problem.

They announced 11063 I think. I thought there was a reasonable crowd in but it's hard to see how many are in the east stand from the back. When I saw the highlights on SKY tonight it looked like the ends and the front of the east stand were empty. I'd have said about 11k based on our other games so far this season

should've made the block nearest the north stand reserved, at the most the next if needed

Not often i agree with you jake,if ever,but i do on this one!! I sit in block 16,and tbh,it has been like a morgue at times compared to other years.

The ends of the East Stand have looked empty for this seasons home games.



It was a mistake making the whole thing reserved, although I can understand why they thought it was necessary. But that's not necessarily the full reason East Stand sometimes looks as patchy. The "family" area in West Stand looks to have had a decent take up, making it busier over there. Some also shifted into South stand from East as well. Our crowd is more spread out than it was.



11856 isn't that bad considering the performances. Although Cas brought a decent crowd to bump it up. Due to the agreement I'll believe the number as it costs FC after all, they'd be more likely to underestimate to overestimate.

Even you have to be right about something every now and then

I complained on here bitterly about this when it was announced.



As a supporter for over 25 years, I used to have an East Stand unreserved Season pass - because of this policy i didn't renew my pass.



As a pay on the day supporter, I now have the option to choose which games to attend.

Subsequently I haven't attended a game this season and I will not until there is a change in the current coaching regime.

I agree. I thought it was a good move at the time but it certainly seems to have had an adverse effect. The club may have brought chav corner under control but it's been a case of throwing baby out with the bath water.
