We've gone from seeing his beardy face everywhere on the website and tuning in weekly for the BS bingo on Airlie Night to hearing absolutely nothing from him IIRC since we turned in a profit. There was something very comforting and familiar with the "don't comment on rumour" and "recruitment is an ongoing process" monologues- like white noise to a baby. Anyone know what's going on - hope he's OK.

Well, my Preston Road loving chum. When you have a job and want to leave you actively seek alternative employment before leaving, if you're lucky, it will be better paid with better working conditions.

Don't they explain anything at the job centre these days?

You need someone else to employ you, you numpty. (Not like being in Tears for Fears and living off Songs from the Big Chair income for 40 years while you churn out mediocrity and hope your customers don't notice. Actually, that's exactly what it's been like at FC under Rule. 2005/6 = Songs from the Big Chair. Everything afterwards is Curt Smith's solo career.
