Give the man a chance to settle in mate, he isn't a daft bloke and will make changes, hopefully the coach but cant expect major changes yet

Pearson knows we won't have won this comp and even make an impact in the play offs. During his bedding in period he'll come accross to everyone as a mr nice guy then at the end of the season I expect him to roll his sleeves up and sort out once and for all the whole coaching set up.

Give Pearson a chance . He will make changes I'm sure of it but will want to assess everything first

yes dont worry nothing is broken its just a bit of tweakin !!! I would say about 5000 tweaks looking at the attendance

I get the feeling he is planning on sharing a lot of resources with Hull City which can only be a good thing IMO. I also get the impression he shares the same opinion as many of us that the cost of bringing succcess to the club (ie the extra cost of a top coach) will be more than offset by the increase in attendance, sponsership and merchandise.

Things like the professionals being used in the background such as nutrionalists etc. Think I've heard him say something about it previously.

Wonder what the regime is like at City, discipline-wise etc.
