Really struggling to see what the RL community sees in him. Just seems very average to me, misses plenty of tackles and gives away too many penalties. There was a lot of hype about this guy when we signed (and paid a fee for) this guy and personally I just can't see what it's about. Seems like another inflated salary to me.



We've been cr*p since he returned. Not saying it's his fault, but just throwing that fact out there...

I think the way he's been asked to play is detrimental to his game. At the back end of last season he was brilliant, and one of our best players, to the extent that we moved Fitzgibbon up to prop to play him in his best position.



Since he came back though he's been dreadful, the amount of penalties him and Whiting gave away yesterday was a joke.

I still think he would be the best person to partner Seymour at 6 because the role he is playing now just seems to have no structure to it at all. He just seems to wander around the middle of the pitch not knowing if he is supposed to be playing as a running forward or as a ball handler.

Might be a coincidence but Andy Hay (our defense Coach!) has also been away for approx. 3 weeks

Always tough coming back after injury and last season he started slowly too. I think he just needs his role to be more defined, is he a right or left edge player or does he have a free role. I'm not sure what his current job is. His biggest problem is that he is trying to be very agressive in defence but is just constantly giving away penalties.

looks like a lost boy out there is that down to his lack of effort or not knowing his role. if its the first then surly gental will drop him. if its the second then gental needs to help him out

we all know there is a good player in there.

Strange as he was great under Agar but he's been garbage under Gentle

I don't think it's a lack of effort, if anything he's trying too hard. After all the criticism of his defence when he first came I think he's trying to prove he can make tackles and hurt people in them as well, but he's getting himself a bit excited when he makes a good one and lies on for too long!



And it's Gentle, not gental.

That was playing as a right edge backrower though due to Agar using Tickle more in the middle even though he hated playing there

Spell him with Tickle then. Tickle is knackered.

Most likely Pitts. I'm still not convinced he's got the makings of a prop, personally. Needs to bulk up if that's his future, IMO, particularly his upper body.
