Do you think Hull FC will have a super league licence next time around?







The club plays in an excellent stadium and has high attendances. The club is well organised in all areas of marketing - particularly its community and Customer Relationship Management programmes – and is commercially strong. The club has historic and projected profits and operates with little external financial input. Despite a recent dip in playing form this season the club achieves high marks in most areas of playing strength.



Do you think our 2years of poor form will effect our licence?

I believe it is guaranteed by the A licence in the current franchise period.

guaranteed at least a B next time round.

From what i remember, licenses can only fall one grade at a time, so at the 2012 licensing, we can be no lower than a B.



Performance on the pitch is only one of the 10 (?) criteria points anyway, so I'd still expect us to achieve an A.

We draw too much of a big crowd in RL terms to be even denied a license full stop.

To get one point, you also have to fill a certain percentage of the ground, I am led to believe we would fall under this is the east stand is expanded. Another point is awarded for finishing in the top 8 for 3 consecutive seasons. The minimum requirement to obtain a grade 'A' is to get 8 points. Last time we got a grade 'A' by getting awarded 8 points, I believe next time around we will be given 7, therefore we will be downgraded to a grade 'B' club.

I thought it was an average finish of 8th over the 3 seasons, could be wrong though.
