Back to Kear, judging by all the jobs he has applied for he clearly wants out, so why do we put up with it.

i am sure some of you could get 6 super league wins with the team and finance that the clubs has or had at the start of the season, if i was kear i would have left at the start of the year, an not stuck it out so, i say fair play to him and well done for the job he has done

but would you be happy if you went into work looked, into the back of your van, an all your tools had been taken off you. then got in the van an realised there was no money for any petrol to run it?

But what if you went to a job and had to screw something in and instead of picking the slim nice fit screwdriver, you constantly pick the fat one that doesnt fit ?



And what if it took you 12 hours to do a job that actually should only take 4, if you came back to the office and said, Im going to have to make some changes to this so it gets better, but then proceed to do the same job somewhere else in the same style with the same tools (including the fat screwdriver) and it taking you 12 hours again.
