Thank you so much for all who turned up and really glad you all enjoyed the day. So much organising which appears to have paid off.

There are definately some things to do and not to do for future events.

The BBQ suggested earlier was a good one, weather pending as no-one cannot guarantee it - better option than food vans. We had to ask them a few times not to sell teas and coffees. They did however give us a good cut so hats off to them too.

The Elite squad girls really did us proud and looked fantastic and huge thanks to the VIP Players who came along

Yes it was fab, on crutches today after a local op at pinders, so the timing yesterday for me was great. The boys all played well, with Drighlington taking the 10's trophy and Stanley coming in 2nd.

The 12's won the charity challange cup 38 nil against what is considered a very good Shaw Cross side, so a big well done to them too.
